Blue Ribbon Farms is a private grass airstrip, day-use only; runway 7/25 is 2150 feet in length. Landing is by invitation only. Fly-in guests of Cottage Breeze will be required to submit a statement of understanding that the strip is private and take-offs and landings are at the pilot's own risk. Proof of current insurance is required prior to landing.

T-HANGAR:
The hangar is attached to the main residential home, and is accessible from the vacation rental. The hangar is available for $20 per night, or outside tie-downs are available at no additional cost.
