Above rates do not include 10.4% sales/lodging tax.  Non-confirmed rates are subject to change.

Holiday and Festival weekends:  2-night minimum stay.  Holidays 2008: May 23-26; July 4-6; Aug 29-Sept 1; Nov 27-30; Dec 24-28; Dec 31-Jan4.  Festivals 2008: Jazz In The Olympics April 25-27; Sequim Irrigation Festival May 2-11; Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts May 23-26; North Olymic Discovery Trail Marathon June 6-8;  Lavender Festival July 18-20.  

HANGAR RATES 
$20 per night  (no charge for outdoor tie-downs)

Payment requirements:  For stays under 3 nights, full payment is due at time of booking.  For stays 3 nights or longer, 1/2 payment is due at time of booking, and remainder of payment due 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
7-day notice:                             Full refund.
Less than 7-day notice:              Full refund less $100 cancellation fee 
                                                 (if unit is re-rented, full refund will be made)    
Holiday and Festival weekends:  Less than 14-day notice, No refund unless      
                                                  unit is re-rented.
